Share folders and detailed notes in a collaborative work environment. Evernote is perfect for storing everything from moments of inspiration, to meeting notes, project notes, and much more. Plus, Evernote’s Web Clipper extension makes it easy to search web pages, clip all or part of an article, and save for future reference. Clips can then be shared with my team within Evernote, or I can create a link to add to memos to share with other departments. If you are a business owner, risks such as identity theft, hacked social media accounts, and information leaks can carry serious consequences. 📧 Sidekick by HubSpot

Sidekick is a nifty service that is part of HubSpot Sales, giving you insight into your email outbox that can help grow your business. Get alerts as soon as an email is opened, which can be invaluable information to have at your disposal. Sidekick also makes it easy to follow up on emails that haven’t been opened. Simply put, Venmo is the easiest way to send money online. This is one of my favorite apps and is becoming a widely popular way to send money and shop on the web. Quickly transfer money from linked accounts to make purchases or pay your contractors.
